Yorkshire\u2019s specialist property compliance consultancy Inspectas has announced the expansion of its portfolio to include water risk management.<\/p>\n
The new service completes its transition to a fully integrated \u201ctotal compliance\u201d provider and strengthens its compliance offering, which already includes asbestos management, fire safety, health and safety, and Construction Design and Management (CDM) services.<\/p>\n
Water risk management is a key component of property compliance, helping organisations meet their legal duties under health and safety legislation while protecting building users from risks such as Legionella.<\/p>\n
Registered with the Legionella Control Association, Inspectas offers Legionella risk assessments, Legionella awareness training, water management planning, sampling and monitoring programmes and ongoing compliance support.<\/p>\n
