{"id":117331,"date":"2025-05-20T15:00:09","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T15:00:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/117331\/"},"modified":"2025-05-20T15:00:09","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T15:00:09","slug":"wilde-to-step-up-european-expansion-with-new-properties","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/117331\/","title":{"rendered":"Wilde to step up European expansion with new properties"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Wilde Aparthotels is set for further European expansion with new properties scheduled to open in the UK, Portugal and Austria by the end of 2025.<\/p>\n<p>The extended stay brand, which is part of Dublin-based Staycity Group, is due to open a property in Cambridge by August, followed by locations in Lisbon and Vienna in the final quarter of the year.<\/p>\n<p>All apartments at the three new properties will feature fully equipped kitchens, alongside bars and lounges, which are designed to act as a \u201csocial hub\u201d for guests.<\/p>\n<p>Wilde\u2019s Cambridge property will offer 229 apartments, as well as a bar with outdoor terrace, co-working spaces and a caf\u00e9 in a city centre location.<\/p>\n<p>The brand\u2019s Lisbon aparthotel will be based in the Rua Castilho district with 95 hotel rooms and studio apartments. It will feature a \u201cdynamic\u201d social space including a bar and lounge, caf\u00e9 and deli, plus co-working area. There will also be a fitness suite.<\/p>\n<p>Wilde\u2019s Vienna property will be housed in a former post office or Alte Post. It will include 136 hotel rooms, studios and one-bedroom apartments. The social area will feature a restaurant, caf\u00e9 and whiskey bar.<\/p>\n<p>The brand is also planning to open new aparthotels in Amsterdam and Porto by early 2026.
