The seriously upmarket eatery, which debuted in Dubai in 2014, announced it was bringing its <a href=\"https:\/\/www.timeout.com\/london\/news\/three-michelin-starred-indian-food-is-coming-to-london-with-a-new-mayfair-restaurant-031126\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">three-Michelin-starred Indian fare to appropriately posh Mayfair<\/a> earlier this year.<\/p>\n<p>Now, joining its 57-cover main space and two private dining rooms is a swish basement cocktail bar called <strong>Tryst<\/strong>. The 30-cover subterranean space serves up sips inspired by Indian flavours and ingredients. Each drink on its debut menu, cooked up by former SOMA head bartender Marina Juszczyk, is designed around an ingredient from an Indian region.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Take the Konkan, a sour and savoury highball \u2018finished with a dehydrated toasted coconut crisp made from twice-carbonated batch and a four-hour aeration process\u2019.
