{"id":117625,"date":"2025-05-20T17:33:14","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T17:33:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/117625\/"},"modified":"2025-05-20T17:33:14","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T17:33:14","slug":"byredo-signs-for-victoria-leeds-space","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/117625\/","title":{"rendered":"Byredo signs for Victoria Leeds space"},"content":{"rendered":"<p class=\"article-content col-md-8 offset-md-1\">\n                                Luxury lifestyle\/beauty brand <a class=\"fnwAddLinks\" href=\"https:\/\/uk.fashionnetwork.com\/tags-byredo\" title=\"Byredo\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Byredo<\/a> is to open a store at Victoria Leeds, the brand\u2019s first standalone UK location outside of London.<\/p>\n<p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"news-image\" style=\"width:100%;max-width:774px;\" src=\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/e938.jpeg\" alt=\"\" loading=\"lazy\"\/><\/p>\n<p>The move to a standalone store within the Victoria Quarter follows the brand\u2019s success as a concession within Victoria Leeds\u2019 Harvey Nichols.<\/p>\n<p>The new 2,154 sq ft space will feature an assortment of high-end fragrance, make-up, home, leather goods, and accessories while furthering its success to meet the growing demand for wellness products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"col-md-8 offset-md-1 article-content--texte\">Byredo noted its health &amp; beauty category saw a 15% sales uplift over 2024, a figure \u201cset to be further bolstered by Bryedo\u2019s upcoming opening\u201d, it said.<\/p>\n<p>Rachel Bradburn, leasing director at Victoria Leeds, added: \u201cThe luxury nature of Byredo means they will be a perfect fit with our leading tenant mix.
