Wrexham<\/a> are keen on a move for Sheffield United<\/a> star Callum O\u2019Hare before Tuesday\u2019s transfer deadline, according to The Star<\/a>.<\/p>\n

Wrexham<\/a> are set for a busy end to the transfer window after their disappointing start to the season. The Red Dragons are win-less in their opening three Championship outings and would like to strengthen their squad further.<\/p>\n

Amid links to Anis Mehmeti<\/a> and Pavel Sulc<\/a>, Wrexham<\/a> are keen on a new attacking midfielder. The latest man on their radar is Sheffield United<\/a> talisman Callum O\u2019Hare, according to The Star<\/a>.<\/p>\n

His importance to United has only grown since Gus Hamer\u2019s move to Coventry City<\/a>, while the arrival of Ben Brereton Diaz has allowed O\u2019Hare to move back into his preferred central role after filling in on the wing.<\/p>\n

However, any approach from Wrexham<\/a> would provide another major test of the ambition of SUFC owners Steven Rosen and Helmy Eltoukhy, particularly at this late stage of the transfer window.<\/p>\n

Why would Wrexham<\/a> want Callum O\u2019Hare?<\/p>\n

Wrexham<\/a> could see Sheffield United<\/a> midfielder Callum O\u2019Hare as an ideal addition as they continue to strengthen their promotion push under Phil Parkinson.<\/p>\n

The attacking midfielder offers creativity, goal threat and valuable Championship experience, while his high-energy style would also suit Parkinson\u2019s demands. O\u2019Hare is comfortable operating as a No. 10, receiving between the lines, linking play and creating opportunities, but can also drift into wider areas when required.<\/p>\n

He has already made an impact for Sheffield United<\/a> this season, scoring in their 2-2 draw at Cardiff City<\/a>, and has looked increasingly influential after returning to a more natural role. His ability to contribute at both ends of the pitch makes him a valuable asset to Chris Wilder\u2019s side.<\/p>\n

O\u2019Hare remains contracted until 2028 and is regarded as an important part of United\u2019s promotion ambitions. However, Wrexham<\/a>\u2019s growing ambition could make him an appealing target, particularly given their desire for quality attacking reinforcements.<\/p>\n
