IT IS DEAD!\u201d he wrote. \u201cThey have no Navy, they have no Air Force, they have no currency, they are not paying their soldiers or police, Inflation is at 300%, and their leadership is in total disarray and incapable of properly representing the country. <\/p>\n<p>\u201cThe only thing they have is FAKE NEWS from the USA, a willingness to kill their protesters (now over 100,000 people dead. President DONALD J.TRUMP <\/p>\n<p>Trump\u2019s posts come after <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/news\/world\/americas\/us-politics\/us-iran-attack-rocket-launchers-strait-of-hormuz-b3041881.html\">hostilities between the two sides resumed on Sunday<\/a>. <\/p>\n<p>The U.S. military attacked Iranian rocket launchers positioned in the <a rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\" href=\"https:\/\/www.independent.co.uk\/bulletin\/news\/trump-strait-hormuz-iran-war-b3039770.html\">Strait of Hormuz on Sunday<\/a>, marking its first offensive operation in a month. <\/p>\n<p>Explosions were heard near Larak Island, which lies around 400 \u200bmiles \u2060east of Kharg, Iranian media outlets reported. Larak overlooks shipping lanes at the mouth of the Gulf, giving it a key role \u2060in tension over Iran, maritime security and global energy supplies.<\/p>\n<p>In a statement, the U.S. Central Command said it took &#8220;limited, precise&#8221; action against minelaying forces of Iran&#8217;s Revolutionary Guards that posed an &#8220;imminent threat&#8221; in the Strait of Hormuz. It gave no details.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Last \u2060week, Trump said all mines had been detonated or removed from the international waters of the Strait of Hormuz and Iran had \u2060been warned that any vessel placing new mines would be destroyed.<\/p>\n<p>In retaliation, Iran launched ballistic missiles at Jordan, targeting two U.S. bases.
