{"id":118097,"date":"2025-05-20T21:39:09","date_gmt":"2025-05-20T21:39:09","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/118097\/"},"modified":"2025-05-20T21:39:09","modified_gmt":"2025-05-20T21:39:09","slug":"rebellion-delays-zombie-army-vr-now-coming-to-all-major-vr-headsets-in-june","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/118097\/","title":{"rendered":"Rebellion Delays &#8216;Zombie Army VR&#8217;, Now Coming to All Major VR Headsets in June"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Rebellion announced that\u00a0Zombie Army VR,\u00a0its first VR entry into the storied Zombie Army\u00a0co-op shooter franchise, has been delayed to next month.<\/p>\n<p>The game was initially slated to release on Quest, PSVR 2, and PC VR headsets on May 22nd, however now the studio says in <a href=\"https:\/\/x.com\/zombiearmy\/status\/1924782221497340118\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">an X post<\/a>\u00a0it\u2019s delaying release to June 12th.<\/p>\n<p>The studio hasn\u2019t given a specific reason for the delay beyond saying the \u201cadditional time will allow us to deliver the best possible experience for you at launch.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>Additionally, the studio has confirmed that\u00a0there are \u201cno plans currently for cross-platform play,\u201d which is a bit of a bummer.<\/p>\n<p>In\u00a0Zombie Army VR,\u00a0players become one of the series\u2019 iconic \u2018Deadhunters\u2019, one of the elite squad hunting down zombie war criminals. Taking you to a post-apocalyptic Nuremberg, you help chief Deadhunter Hermann Wolff find his scattered family and fight to free Europe from the zombie apocalypse.<\/p>\n<p>And as you\u2019d expect, there are plenty of realistic, manually-reloaded WWII weaponry on offer, including working sniper rifles,\u00a0submachine guns, pistols, and more.
