Liverpool<\/a> have agreed to sign teenage winger Djylian N’Guessan from St Etienne for \u20ac5m.<\/p>\n

The 18-year-old, who has scored 11 goals in as many games for France\u2019s Under-17 side, will officially become a Liverpool player in January. <\/p>\n

N’Guessan will be loaned to Ligue 1 club Brest for the first half of the season and Liverpool will make a decision in January whether to leave him in France or to bring him to Anfield. <\/p>\n

N’Guessan starred in the 2025 European Under-17 Championship, scoring four goals, being named in the team of the tournament and helping France reach the final.<\/p>\n

The forward represents the second young player Liverpool have agreed to buy this week after goalkeeper Lucca Brughmans<\/a>, who is joining for a low initial fee but who could cost as much as \u00a330m.<\/p>\n
