The family of a mum who died following a crash in Liverpool<\/a> say she ‘brought so much fun, affection and happiness’ to their lives. Tributes have poured in for Kelly Marie Lundie<\/a> over the weekend.<\/p>\n The 38-year-old tragically died at the scene after a red Nissan Juke crashed into a brick wall on Friday night (September 4). Loved ones placed flowers for Kelly at the scene on Saturday, the Liverpool Echo reports<\/a>.<\/p>\n In a statement issued through Merseyside<\/a> Police, they have now paid tribute to the ‘devoted and beloved mother’. Her presence could light up a room, and her smile and personality will remain in the hearts of those who knew her.<\/p>\n “Above all, Kelly was a devoted and beloved mother to her son, Caleb. He was her world, and the love she had for him was immeasurable. She was also the best aunty to her nephews, who adored her and shared a very special bond with her. She brought so much fun, affection and happiness into their lives.<\/p>\n Kelly Marie Lundie(Image: family handout)<\/p>\n “Kelly was a cherished daughter, a much-loved sister, a wonderful aunty and a loyal friend. She meant something different and special to so many people, and her loss has left an enormous space in the lives of everyone who loved her. There are no words that can truly express how deeply Kelly will be missed.”<\/p>\n Kerry died following a crash at the junction of Allerton Road and High Street, in Woolton, at around 11.30pm on Friday. The incident also involved a white Vauxhall Astra which was seen being removed from the area.<\/p>\n A cordon remained in place on Saturday morning as Merseyside<\/a> Police’s serious collision investigation unit attended the scene. Heartfelt tributes poured in on social media.<\/p>\n Writing on the Liverpool Echo’s Facebook page, Lill Connor Willman said: “I can’t believe you’re gone Kel. I will treasure our memories we had forever! You wore your heart on your sleeve and will be truly missed. RIP sweet Kel. Love always and forever your Lill.”<\/p>\n Stacey Kirwinn said: “Such a beautiful girl inside and out. Thinking of your beautiful little boy, all your family and friends. RIP Kelly Marie absolutely heart-breaking.”<\/p>\n She added: “Rest in peace Kelly. Absolutely devastated for you, your little boy and your family and all your friends. Literally cannot get this out of my head. So many hearts hurt for you today girlie. Such a beautiful woman inside and out! I hope you find your peace now queen. Goodnight God bless Kell.”<\/p>\n Emma-Elise Evans said: “I just can’t believe this. Words can’t describe how much she will be missed. Thinking of all her family and friends at this difficult time.<\/p>\n “RIEP Kel, I am going to miss you so much and that beautiful smile and the laughs that we had. I hope that you are now at peace. My love and thoughts are with all your family and friends, your beautiful little boy and all who knew you. Good night and God bless.”<\/p>\n Marlene Teevan said: “Rest in peace beautiful Kelly. I’m devastated to hear this news. You’ll be missed by so many people. You fought for such a long time, I really hope you’re at peace now. Reunited with your mum.
