Photo \/ Getty Images<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">Gallagher was charged with \u201cassault occasioning actual bodily harm, intentionally chok[ing a] person without consent, and common assault\u201d, according to New South Wales Police, Rolling Stone reported last month. The incident reportedly happened on Boxing Day 2025.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">Cameron took to Instagram over the weekend, where she addressed the \u201ctough season\u201d. <\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cHey guys, I just want to say thank you so much for the support you\u2019ve shown for Kayden and I.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cIt\u2019s been a tough season, but I have been using the past few months to quietly heal and rebuild for little man and myself.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">\u201cI really appreciate the love you have sent our way, especially while everything that\u2019s come to light, and I\u2019m really working on finding myself again and moving forward.\u201d<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">The Below Deck bosun was granted conditional bail by the Burwood Local Court on January 15 and scheduled to appear in court yesterday. He had earlier pleaded not guilty. <\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">The Sydney Morning Herald reported that prosecutors asked the judge to convict the Irishman in absentia.<\/p>\n<p><img  alt=\"Nathan Gallagher and Gael Cameron. Photo \/ Getty Images<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">Judge Janine Lacy convicted Gallagher on all three charges and issued a warrant for his arrest.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">New South Wales Police have issued the warrant, asking anyone with information on Gallagher\u2019s whereabouts not to approach him and to inform authorities.<\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">Following news of the Boxing Day incident, it has also been revealed that Gallagher is subject to a bench warrant issued in Ireland. <\/p>\n<p class=\"PLRONTue\" style=\"display:none\">This separate warrant relates to an alleged assault of an unknown man in Dungloe in August 2022, two years before Gallagher found fame as a cast member on the Bravo franchise.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"Nathan Gallagher on Below Deck Mediterranean.
