One of the Savoy&#8217;s main cocktail bars is about to get a complete relaunch as The Beaufort Wine Bar.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The bar is set almost at the centre of the hotel&#8217;s ground floor and has been subject to quite a few revamps over the years. The latest sees it getting a 250-bottle list, with about half of that available by the glass, as they&#8217;ll be making good use of the Coravin system.\u00a0Head Sommelier Romain Audrerie will be in charge. He opened Chiltern Firehouse and most recently headed up the wine at all of Chiltern owner\u00a0Andr\u00e9 Balazs&#8217; places.<\/p>\n<p>There will also be a new food menu and that&#8217;s led by a bit of tableside action. They&#8217;ll be wheeling around a\u00a0custom flywheel slicer trolley and slicing charcuterie to-order.
