{"id":1192854,"date":"2026-09-08T07:55:14","date_gmt":"2026-09-08T07:55:14","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/1192854\/"},"modified":"2026-09-08T07:55:14","modified_gmt":"2026-09-08T07:55:14","slug":"london-book-fair-to-host-futurebook-conference-in-2027","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/1192854\/","title":{"rendered":"London Book Fair to host FutureBook Conference in 2027"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<p>London Book Fair will host The Bookseller\u2019s <a href=\"https:\/\/www.thebookseller.com\/futurebook\/futurebook-conference\" rel=\"nofollow noopener\" target=\"_blank\">FutureBook conference in 2027<\/a>, with the conference taking place at Excel London on Monday 15th March 2027, the day before LBF (16th to 18th March).<\/p>\n<p>The one-day conference and awards for global publishing will have their first international incarnation at LBF and will feature thinkers and executives from across the international book, creative, media and commercial industries.<\/p>\n<p>The conference will examine major shifts from AI to DEI, censorship to fandom, as well as asking what these disruptions actually mean for businesses and professionals within the industry.<\/p>\n<p>Philip Jones, editor at\u00a0The Bookseller, said: \u201cWith the future of the book once more under serious scrutiny, bringing together two of the biggest brands in the book trade and combining the conference know-how of The Bookseller with the international reach of the London Book Fair felt like a no-brainer.
