style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Average house prices increased to \u00a3296,000 (6.7% annual growth) in England, \u00a3208,000 (3.6%) in Wales, and \u00a3186,000 (4.6%) in Scotland.<\/p>\n<p class=\"beltel-ebe0ecc6_root beltel-ebe0ecc6_paragraph beltel-300db776_none beltel-91174671_primary beltel-1d70522a_marginbottom5 beltel-1d70522a_margintop0 beltel-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">A provisional figure said there had been 5,467 residential properties sold in Northern Ireland from January to March. <\/p>\n<p class=\"beltel-ebe0ecc6_root beltel-ebe0ecc6_paragraph beltel-300db776_none beltel-91174671_primary beltel-1d70522a_marginbottom5 beltel-1d70522a_margintop0 beltel-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">In Antrim and Newtownabbey, the average price is now \u00a3190,337, up 9.7% over the year and an increase of 1.6% over the quarter. <\/p>\n<p class=\"beltel-ebe0ecc6_root beltel-ebe0ecc6_paragraph was a quarterly change of 0.7% and an annual change of 5.7%, giving a standardised price of \u00a3209,254. <\/p>\n<p class=\"beltel-ebe0ecc6_root beltel-ebe0ecc6_paragraph beltel-300db776_none beltel-91174671_primary beltel-1d70522a_marginbottom5 beltel-1d70522a_margintop0 beltel-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Armagh City, Banbridge and Craigavon saw an average price of \u00a3171,009, marking a quarterly change of 1.7% and an annual change of 7.4%.<\/p>\n<p class=\"beltel-ebe0ecc6_root beltel-ebe0ecc6_paragraph beltel-300db776_none beltel-91174671_primary style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Derry City and Strabane reported annual increase of 12.1% to a standardised price of \u00a3168,394, with a quarterly increase of just 0.5%. <\/p>\n<p class=\"beltel-ebe0ecc6_root beltel-ebe0ecc6_paragraph beltel-300db776_none beltel-91174671_primary beltel-1d70522a_marginbottom5 beltel-1d70522a_margintop0 beltel-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Fermanagh and Omagh experienced a quarter-on-quarter fall of 1.5%, with an annual change of 8.4% bringing its average to \u00a3175,759.<\/p>\n<p beltel-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">Mid and East Antrim had a quarterly increase of 2.5% and an annual change of 10.3%, leaving it with an average of
