Chelsea are less than a week away from the chance to be the first club in European football to win all three major honours.<\/strong><\/p>\n

The Blues will take on Real Betis in the Conference League<\/a> final, a competition they have been largely untested in up to now.<\/p>\n

Enzo Maresca<\/a> will have already been desperate to secure some silverware in his first season at Stamford Bridge, however that will have only increased amongst the fanbase following the result of the Europa League final.<\/p>\n

Chelsea<\/a> are now no longer the most recent team from London to win a European trophy after Tottenham ended their extended wait to win a competition with a 1-0 win over Manchester United.<\/p>\n

The Blues beat Spurs twice this season, and despite their opponents likely to finish in the bottom five of the Premier League, they have guaranteed themselves a place in next season\u2019s Champions League.<\/p>\n

This led to their players, including James Maddison who missed the final due to injury, to take to social media to gloat about their success.<\/p>\n

The midfielder aimed a dig at Chelsea legend John Terry<\/a>, who has not been shy to mock their London rivals from time to time.<\/p>\n

The former club captain was back at it again after the final, poking fun at the fact that their trophy cabinet is still very much emptier than Chelsea\u2019s.<\/p>\n

He said on his Instagram story<\/a>: \u201cI remember my first trophy. Ah bless them. Get the tequila out. Great season from you boys, you should all be proud. 16 to go. After that performance, I think you have a chance, you just have to live for 900 years.\u201d<\/p>\n

Chelsea\u2019s frequent success over their London rivals has brought incredible joy to Terry since his retirement, with him keen to poke fun wherever he has had the chance.<\/p>\n

Terry directly joked at Maddison<\/a> following the 4-1 win away from home last season, with the Blues being the first team to beat Ange Postecoglu\u2019s side of the campaign.<\/p>\n

He also celebrated Cole Palmer\u2019s panenka penalty<\/a> earlier this season with a video on social media.<\/p>\n

The Blues will be hoping that Conference League success can see them match Spurs\u2019 trophy tally for the campaign. It has been 17 years since they won less than them in a single season.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n
