Former The Only Way Is Essex star James ‘Arg’ Argent is back in Spain and advertising a gig after he was charged with domestic violence following an incident with his ex girlfriend\"ArgArg admitted to charges against him<\/p>\n

Reality TV personality James Argent<\/a> has headed back to Spain to attend a domestic violence course after admitting he attacked his ex-girlfriend. The former TOWIE<\/a> star, 37, was seen arriving at Olivia\u2019s La Cala restaurant in Costa Del Sol.<\/p>\n

He also posed for selfies as he even tried to advertise a music gig while back in the country. He was seen trying to flog tickets for the event amid his fall from grace on the charges.<\/p>\n

He posted to social media with singer Albie Davies on the restaurant terrace, before reportedly leaving again after spending an hour inside.<\/p>\n

The reality TV star known as Arg was charged after reportedly throwing Nicoline Artursson’s clothes of<\/a>f a balcony at a beachfront apartment before pushing her when she fell down steps outside. He had been dating the former Miss Sweden for almost a year, but now has to stay clear of his ex.<\/p>\n

Arg received a six-month suspended prison sentence and a two-year restraining order following the incident after pleading guilty to shoving Nicoline. According to eyewitness accounts, a bystander told the Mirror<\/a> that they had comforted Artursson, who was visibly shaken<\/a> following the ordeal.<\/p>\n

They said: “She was crying a lot. She looked extremely distressed and nervous. She told me, \u2018I’m in total shock\u2026my life with Arg was so happy before this. I can\u2019t believe what\u2019s happened…we planned to have a family.\u2019\u201d<\/p>\n

Following reports of this incident, it’s now been claimed Nicoline suffered cuts and bruises to her neck, arm, hand and leg in the ordeal. A report showed she was bloodied with bruises to her neck, right forearm and cuts to her right forearm, hand and leg.<\/p>\n

Offering a detailed description of the injuries Nicoline suffered, a prosecutor said in the written document: \u201cThe injured woman suffered several bruises to her neck, a bruise to her right forearm, several abrasions to her right arm, and abrasions to her right hand and on her right leg.\u201d Confirming she received medical assistance, the prosecutor said: \u201cThe injuries she suffered healed in seven days on skin and soft tissue.\u201d<\/p>\n

As part of the court’s ruling, Arg is expected to complete a ten-week domestic violence rehabilitation course in the country. This will include listening to the stories of abuse survivors.<\/p>\n

Gregorio Gomez Mata, who runs similar workshops for Spain\u2019s Prison Service, previously offered advice to the star. He told The Sun: \u201cMy message to Mr Argent would be to take advantage of this course.<\/p>\n

\u201cHis life will be better if he understands he has to change and so will the lives of any women he has relationships with in the future.<\/p>\n

“We don\u2019t arrange meetings between offenders and domestic violence victims, but the men who take part in our workshops do listen to the testimonies of women who have been assaulted by their partners.”<\/p>\n

Following the details of the incident emerging, Arg released a statement. It read: “I haven’t relapsed. I am still three years and four months clean and sober. I am devastated by what’s happened.”<\/p>\n
