US President Donald Trump<\/a> wants all you dummies to know that if he does decide to run again, it won\u2019t be his third term \u2015 but his fourth, duh.<\/p>\n

When asked how he\u2019d pull that off, Trump told the outlet, \u201cThere are methods which you could do it.\u201d<\/p>\n

Later on Sunday, while Trump was traveling from Mar-a-Lago back to Washington, DC, he decided to take questions from reporters in the press cabin on Air Force One, and was questioned about his remarks to NBC News.<\/p>\n

\u201cYou said you were not joking about possibly wanting a third term, does that mean you\u2019re not planning to leave office on January 20?\u201d a reporter asked Trump, per footage shot by C-SPAN<\/a>.<\/p>\n

In response, Trump decided to make the distinction that if he were to run again, it wouldn\u2019t be his third term.<\/p>\n

\u201cI\u2019m not looking at that, but I\u2019ll tell you, I have had more people ask me to have a third term, which in a way is a fourth term because the other election, the 2020 election was totally rigged,\u201d Trump said. \u201cSo it\u2019s actually sort of a fourth term in a certain way. I just don\u2019t want the credit for the second because [former President Joe] Biden was so bad, he did such a bad job, and I think that\u2019s one of the reasons that I\u2019m popular, if you want to know the truth.\u201d<\/p>\n

The \u201ctruth\u201d is that despite Trump\u2019s continuous \u2014 and quite frankly, tiresome \u2014 claims that he won the 2020 election, there is no evidence<\/a> to support his disturbing allegations that it was \u201crigged.\u201d<\/p>\n

Despite a reporter seemingly trying to ask a follow-up question on Air Force One on Sunday, Trump ignored it and decided to ramble on in vague platitudes about why he\u2019s so \u201cpopular\u201d until reporters interrupted his diatribe with more questions.<\/p>\n

\u201cThe constitution limits a president to two terms. Is it your understanding that they have to be\u2014\u201d one reporter said, finally breaking through.<\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t even want to talk about it. I\u2019m just telling you I have had more people saying, please run again. We have a long way to go before we even think about that, but I\u2019ve had a lot of people,\u201d Trump said without identifying any of these \u201cpeople\u201d he\u2019s referring to, as per usual.<\/p>\n<\/p>\n

In a longer version of Trump\u2019s presser on Air Force One Sunday, obtained by Medialite<\/a>, another reporter asked him if he felt that running for a third, or fourth, term was an \u201cappropriate precedent to set\u201d even if it\u2019s not Trump \u201cin that position.\u201d <\/p>\n

The president went on to explain that these mysterious \u201cpeople\u201d he keeps on referring to just really, really want him to run. <\/p>\n

\u201cI don\u2019t even want to talk about a third term now because no matter how you look at it, you\u2019ve got a long time to go,\u201d Trump said. \u201cWe have a long time. We have almost four years to go, and that\u2019s a long time but despite that, so many people are saying you\u2019ve got to run again. They love the job we\u2019re doing. Most importantly they love the job we\u2019re doing.\u201d<\/p>\n
