The case was brought by barrister Kevin Slack on behalf of Wirral Borough Council.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Both defendants, represented by Megan Cox, are charged with four offences each. These are alleged to have taken place on April 16, April 24, as well as between April 21 and 23, and April 25 and 29.
