Coronation Street\u2019s Colson Smith<\/a> has reunited with former co-stars Ellie Leach<\/a> and Lucy Fallon<\/a>.<\/p>\n The actor\u00a0announced his departure<\/a>\u00a0from the ITV soap earlier this year, revealing that his contract had been terminated after 14 years of gracing the cobbles.<\/p>\n \u2018Autumn last year I was told that Craig Tinker\u2019s time on the Cobbles is to come to end in 2025,\u2019 he wrote on\u00a0Instagram<\/a>\u00a0at the time.<\/p>\n \u2018I\u2019ve loved every single second of my 14 year stay as a resident on the greatest street in the world. I feel incredibly lucky to have grown up in, on and around Coronation Street.<\/p>\n \u2018I\u2019ve learned pretty much everything about life from the people who call it home. I\u2019m excited to play out the exit story for our Craigy. For me, this is the end of the beginning.<\/p>\n \u2018I genuinely can\u2019t wait to see what chapter two has in store for me.\u2019<\/p>\n How will Craig Tinker leave Coronation Street?<\/p>\n It was later reported that his final scenes will see the character go out in a blaze of glory \u2013 ultimately\u00a0resulting in his heroic death<\/a>.<\/p>\n Police chase scenes<\/a> were filmed in Salford, suggesting that Craig could die on the job.<\/p>\n \t\t \t\t Last month he revealed that he\u2019d filmed his final scenes, and in doing so, posted a farewell tribute on social media.<\/p>\n \u2018CORONATION STREET I LOVE YOU, THANK YOU\u2019 he wrote, with a snap of him sat on the canopy of the Rovers Return sign.
