UK Defence Secretary John Healey has stated that the year 2025 will be critical in the war against Russia, urging allies to urgently strengthen their military support for Ukraine.<\/p>\n

Details:<\/strong> Healey addressed participants of the Ukraine Defence Contact Group (also known as the Ramstein Format) during a speech at NATO headquarters in Brussels.<\/p>\n He called on those present to reconsider how they can assist Kyiv.<\/p>\n “Today, we will pledge billions more [in more funding to Ukraine’s military],” Healey said.<\/p>\n He also highlighted the \u00a3350 million (about US$457 million) allocated by the United Kingdom earlier this morning<\/a> \u2013 part of a broader aid package worth \u00a3450 million (about US$580 million), which, he said, will strengthen UK\u2013Ukraine industrial ties and provide Kyiv with more weapons.<\/p>\n “2025 is the critical year for the war in Ukraine, and this is the critical moment,” Healey stated.<\/p>\n “We stand with you in the fight and in the peace,” he concluded.<\/p>\n Background:<\/strong><\/p>\n
