{"id":126246,"date":"2025-05-23T21:10:08","date_gmt":"2025-05-23T21:10:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/126246\/"},"modified":"2025-05-23T21:10:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-23T21:10:08","slug":"man-charged-with-nine-offences-after-16000-worth-of-jewellery-stolen-from-shops-across-black-country-and-birmingham","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/126246\/","title":{"rendered":"Man charged with nine offences after \u00a316,000 worth of jewellery stolen from shops across Black Country and Birmingham"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Officers from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.westmidlands.police.uk\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">West Midlands Police<\/a> arrested Nick Dosanjh, aged 33 and of Quinton, and charged him with nine shop offences.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>The thefts took place all across the West Midlands including Solihull, <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.expressandstar.com\/news\/local-hubs\/wolverhampton\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Wolverhampton<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.expressandstar.com\/news\/local-hubs\/sandwell\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brierley Hill<\/a>, Smethwick, <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.expressandstar.com\/news\/local-hubs\/walsall\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Walsall<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/plus.expressandstar.com\/news\/local-hubs\/birmingham\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Birmingham<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Eight of the offences relate to thefts from jewellery stores where more than \u00a316,000 of jewellery was stolen.<\/p>\n<p>This comes after officers from traffic officers stopped a suspicious vehicle in Oldbury earlier this week.
