Kneecap have told a London Festival “they are being made an example of” after one of its members was charged with a terror offence this week.<\/p>\n
The trio took to the stage at the Wide Awake festival at Brockwell Park in south London tonight after Liam O hAnnaidh, who performs under the stage name Mo Chara, was charged by the Metropolitian Police.<\/p>\n
Liam O hAnnaidh said \u201cthey are trying to silence us\u201d after he was charged with a terror offence over the alleged display of a Hezbollah flag.<\/p>\n
