4<\/p>\n Allen slept Johnny Fisher in their London rematch this monthCredit: Getty 4<\/p>\n This has put ‘The White Rhino’ on a path to fight someone like Wilder nextCredit: Getty<\/p>\n Allen exacted revenge on Johnny Fisher<\/a> in his last fight, knocking ‘The Romford Bull’ out with a thunderous left hook in the fourth round.<\/p>\n This came after he suffered a controversial defeat to Fisher on the undercard of Oleksandr Usyk<\/a> vs Tyson Fury<\/a> 2 in December.<\/p>\n ‘The White Rhino’ was subsequently crowned the new WBA inter-continental champion and has been suddenly thrust into contention for some huge heavyweight bouts next. <\/p>\n \u201cI text Eddie Hearn and said, \u2018Why don\u2019t we get a few wins and then box Wilder?’\u201d Allen said on Instagram.<\/p>\n \u201cEddie replied saying, \u2018It could happen, yeah.’ Genuinely, for some reason, bizarrely in 2025, Dave Allen<\/a> could box Deontay Wilder<\/a>.\u201d<\/p>\n \u201c[Wilder’s] not the fighter he was, but it\u2019s still crazy that it could even be an option.<\/p>\n “They are the sort of fights that would really get the best out of me. <\/p>\n “It\u2019s dreamland really, and definitely a fight I would love.\u201d<\/p>\n Allen was unlucky not to get the decision in his first meeting with Fisher<\/a>, but made sure there was no doubt after his second performance.<\/p>\n He has since secured a new contract with Matchroom, and the promotion’s chairman Hearn clearly has big plans for their new heavyweight star.<\/p>\n 4<\/p>\n Hearn now promoted Allen, as well his old foe FisherCredit: Getty<\/p>\n “When the contract came through for the Fisher rematch, if I beat Fisher, I had to sign a two-fight with Matchroom,” Allen concluded.<\/p>\n “But in all honesty that\u2019s a great position to be in.
