Aloys Junior steamrolled David Jamieson with a devastating third round KO to leave the home crowd in stunned silence.<\/strong><\/p>\n

Junior is regarded by many in the boxing fraternity as the UK’s hardest hitting boxer<\/a>, a cruiserweight with true dynamite in his punches.<\/p>\n

The 22-year-old returned on the undercard of Josh Taylor vs Ekow Essuman<\/a>, where he came up against David Jamieson for the Commonwealth title.<\/p>\n

Having looked up to ferocious punching heavyweight Mike Tyson<\/a> as a child, Junior knows exactly what a deadly KO looks like.<\/p>\n

And Junior delivered on his heavy handed moniker, flattening his rival with a simply thunderous left hook to extend his record to 10-1.<\/p>\n

Jamieson was flattened and put horizontally on his back immediately crashing to the deck.<\/p>\n

His head bounced off the canvas in a nasty landing, letting out a dull thud audible on the broadcast.<\/p>\n

The referee immediately waved off the contest with Jamieson conscious, but struggling to move his body.<\/p>\n

Medics came into the ring in the case he needed treatment after the brutal KO, but luckily Jamieson was sat up after the crushing blow.<\/p>\n

It was a simply sensational victory for Junior, who has earned further plaudits from the boxing fraternity.<\/p>\n

Junior landed a mammoth 24 power punches and 25 jabs in the contest according to Compubox, showing his utter dominance.<\/p>\n

It was a huge win and he will now look to push beyond Commonwealth level after retaining the belt.<\/p>\n

He called out British rival Viddal Riley at the final, insisting he would beat ‘The Rilest’ who is on an unbeaten streak in the division.<\/p>\n

The fight began at a decent pace with Junior controlling the early exchanges, using his jab and regularly looking to line up the dynamite right hand.<\/p>\n

And Junior left his mark on Jamieson in the opener, first landing a body shot before a huge shot to the head, which saw the Scotsman drop to a knee.<\/p>\n

He beat the count comfortably and was complaining of a shot to the back of the head, but the referee waved away his protests.<\/p>\n

The second round saw Jamieson start to turn around and come forward himself letting his hands go with Junior this time forced to cover up.<\/p>\n

But it was another whipping body shot which saw a second knockdown for Junior, as Jamieson collapsed to his knees again.<\/p>\n

Luckily Jamieson was again able to clamber to his feet but things looked bleak as the bell sounded for the third.<\/p>\n

And it was a thunderous shot that saw him close the show, with the left hand seeing Jamieson completely poleaxed.<\/p>\n

It left a stunned silence around the previously vocal crowd, who had been backing the Scottish star throughout.<\/p>\n

Whatever comes next for Junior, promoter Frank Warren is hugely excited about his unbelievable talent.<\/p>\n
