Arsenal will both be playing Champions League football next season and are both in need of elite upgrades in the attacking areas.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/ange-postecoglou\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ange Postecoglou\u2019s<\/a> Spurs certainly need to consider improving their attack as, despite winning the Europa League, their form in the Premier League has been quite abysmal.<\/p>\n<p>Meanwhile, <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/mikel-arteta\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mikel Arteta\u2019s<\/a> team have come up short yet again in the Premier League title race and require greater firepower in attack.<\/p>\n<p>One player who could be available for transfer this summer is <a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/brighton-and-hove-albion\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Brighton and Hove Albion<\/a> winger Kaoru Mitoma, who could be href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/topic\/kaoru-mitoma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Kaoru Mitoma<\/a> and have been told a move could be possible for just \u00a342 million, according to Florian Plettenberg.<\/p>\n<p>The Seagulls are keen to keep the winger, however, top clubs are circling and could make it very tricky for them to keep hold of him.<\/p>\n<blockquote href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/kaoru-mitoma-informs-brighton-over-his-stance-on-leaving-with-two-european-giants-wanting-to-sign-him\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mitoma was open to leaving Brighton<\/a> and that he was keen to play in the Champions League.<\/p>\n<p>Tottenham and Arsenal would find it tricky competing with Bayern should the German champions make their move, but both Premier League clubs should be targeting the 28-year-old if he\u2019s available for just \u00a342m.<\/p>\n<p>The Japanese international has been an outstanding performer over recent times in England\u2019s top flight, with his manager Fabian Hurzeler describing him as a <a href=\"https:\/\/www.premierleague.com\/news\/4245298\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u201cspecial talent\u201d<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/tbrfootball.com\/saudi-club-will-now-try-to-sign-150m-arsenal-target-after-missing-out-on-kaoru-mitoma\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Mitoma, who has been targeted by Saudi<\/a>, has long been threatening to earn a big move away from the South Coast and this could be the summer it finally happens for him.<\/p>\n<p>The Bundesliga currently looks like his most likely destination, although Spurs and the Gunners should at least be testing the waters to see if a deal is possible. <\/p>\n<p>Kaoru
