The January transfer window is now little more than a distant memory in European football and as such clubs across the continent are already making plans for the summer window. Teams are working tirelessly behind the scenes on identifying targets and figuring out their budgets.<\/p>\n

Chelsea<\/a>\u00a0are ramping up their interest in Real Betis’ Jes\u00fas Rodr\u00edguez<\/a>. The highly rated winger has enjoyed his breakthrough season at the La Liga club and Betis reportedly valued him at around \u20ac45 million.<\/p>\n

Manchester United<\/a>\u00a0will drop their asking price for Alejandro Garnacho<\/a>\u00a0to \u20ac55m this summer, according to reports in Italy. Napoli<\/a>\u00a0and Chelsea<\/a>\u00a0were interested in a move for the Argentina winger during the January window and could revive that this summer.\u00a0<\/p>\n
