Seven people were arrested during the Scottish Cup final at Hampden Park<\/a>, with an eighth arrested over an incident after the match involving a supporters bus.<\/p>\n The men, aged 17, 17, 19, 26, 35, 55 and 58, were arrested by police during the Aberdeen v Celtic clash on Saturday. Police confirmed six of the arrests were made within the stadium<\/a>.<\/p>\n It comes after violent scenes erupted in Glasgow after the doors of an Aberdeen supporters’ bus opened on Cathcart Road. Shocking footage shows opposing fans brawling on the street after the game on Saturday.<\/p>\n In the clip shared on social media<\/a>, a group of men in dark clothing were seen chasing down the Maynes Coaches bus filled with Dons fans.<\/p>\n Men wearing Aberdeen <\/a>strips were seen scuffling with rivals outside of the bus, while further fighting broke out on board after a side door opened on the vehicle.<\/p>\n As the coach stopped in traffic on Cathcart Road<\/a>, the driver blasted the horn in a bid to break up the violence.<\/p>\n A number of men <\/a>were dragged to the ground before suffering a number of kicks and punches.<\/p>\n As the coach drove off, scattered Dons fans <\/a>attempted to chase after the bus to get back on board.<\/p>\n At the end of the clip<\/a>, one man wearing a grey tracksuit was seen lying in the street.<\/p>\n Tensions brewed in Glasgow last night after Celtic<\/a> – who were on for a Treble at Hampden – were beaten in dramatic style.<\/p>\n Police confirmed one man was injured during the violence<\/a>.<\/p>\n A 23-year-old man was arrested <\/a>in connection.<\/p>\n He is due to appear in court at a later date.<\/p>\n Cops say inquires <\/a>into the incident are ongoing.<\/p>\n A spokesperson for Police Scotland <\/a>said: \u201cPolice received reports of a disturbance on Cathcart Road in Glasgow around 7.15pm on Saturday, 24 May, 2025.<\/p>\n \u201cOfficers <\/a>attended and a man was found injured, however he refused medical treatment.<\/p>\n \u201cA 23-year-old man was subsequently arrested and charged <\/a>in connection with the incident.<\/p>\n “He was released on undertaking to appear at Glasgow Sheriff Court<\/a> at a later date.<\/p>\n![\"Violent](\"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2025\/05\/1748193791_335_0_CapturePNG.png\")
