The Only Way Is Essex star Joey Essex has put his Essex home on the market as a rental property as he prepares to leave the UK to train for major boxing competitions<\/p>\n

Reality show fans could live like one of their favourite stars – as long as they have a sizeable amount to pay on rent. Joey Essex, who starred on The Only Way Is Essex<\/a> between 2011 and 2013, has put his home on the market for rent.<\/p>\n

The 34-year-old TV star<\/a> – who has also appeared on Love Island,<\/a> I’m a Celebrity…Get Me Out of Here!,<\/a> Celebrity MasterChef, Dancing On Ice,<\/a> Celebrity SAS: Who Dares Wins, Celebs Go Dating, and more – is the owner of a \u00a33 million in Essex.<\/p>\n

However, he is moving out in order to chase his dream of becoming a professional boxer – and fans can rent the property for an astonishing \u00a310,000 per month. Joey will be spending time working out at intensive gyms in Dubai and LA as he prepares to become a top sportsman.<\/p>\n

He is due to fight the likes of YouTube<\/a> stars KSI, Jake Paul<\/a> and Deji Olatunji in a tournament. His home has been listed via Durden and Hunt<\/a> and is available to rent while he is abroad.<\/p>\n

Photos and details of the home reveal four bedrooms, two bathrooms, a swimming pool, and walk-in wardrobes. Marble surfaces and leather sofas add luxurious touches to the property.<\/p>\n

While his garden also features a hot tub and palm trees and also features outdoor relaxation areas – not too dissimilar from the decking and outdoor beds as seen on Love Island<\/a>. Joey is reportedly training with fitness expert Tony Sims to get him in shape for his upcoming fights.<\/p>\n

Tony has worked with Anthony Joshua<\/a> and Conor Benn to help them keep in fighting fit shape. The reality star is one of a string of stars signed up by celebrity promoters Misfits Boxing<\/a> for a number of fights.<\/p>\n

Mams Taylor, the co-promoter of Misfits Boxing has previously discussed Joey’s hopes of winning. He is quoted by The Sun<\/a> as saying: “Joey\u2019s got family background in boxing so I think he\u2019s excited to get in the ring and we\u2019re excited to have him.<\/p>\n

\u201cJoey\u2019s going to be very committed, we\u2019ve spoken daily for the last few days and he\u2019s really on it.\u201d The TV star has been showing off his confidence in social media posts, recent sharing photos alongside a caption stating: “I\u2019m believing, dreaming, making it happen. How you feeling?”<\/p>\n

While in a recent video he shared online, he gave fans a tour of his home – which he has kitted out with Amazon products. He told fans in his video: \u201cWelcome to my home.. I know it looks smart, and trust me\u2026 it is smart. It\u2019s packed with smart tech that I installed, because it\u2019s easy, and I\u2019m smart!\u201d<\/p>\n

Upon entering his garden, he added: \u201cThe exclusive \u2018Essex Beach Club\u2019\u2026.with 24 hour security. I installed cameras in my garden because I thought I saw a dragon\u2026 but it was only a fox!\u201d<\/p>\n

In his bedroom, he said: \u201cThis is where the magic happens\u2026 Alexa wakes me up with mood lighting and my favourite playlist, tells me the news and the weather\u2026 and I don\u2019t even need to know how to tell the time because all I have to do is say \u2018Alexa, what\u2019s the time!\u201d<\/p>\n

Joey previously left his Essex home behind when he moved to Dubai after a break-in back in 2022. He moved out of the property and put it up for rent – but with an even higher price tag.<\/p>\n

It was revealed in 2024, that he had his home on the market for \u00a313,000 per month<\/a> after he fled the UK. He also rented out the home when he was taking part in Love Island last year.<\/p>\n

It was previously reported that Joey decided to move to Dubai in 2023 to escape his concerns over the break-in of his home in 2022. Reports suggested the reality star deduced the United Arab Emirates country would be safer and would give him peace of mind.<\/p>\n

A source said in April 2023: “Joey has started house-hunting in Dubai. He is planning to buy a base out there so he can jet off whenever he likes.<\/p>\n

“Joey will be splitting his time between his home in Essex and his new place in Dubai. He loves the lifestyle out there and feels completely safe.”<\/p>\n
