<\/p>\nA massive fire has ripped through one of London’s finest listed mansions in Barnet, with more than 70 firefighters battling to save what they could of the historic property.<\/p>\n
Grade II-listed Hollybush House, a magnificent Georgian building located on Hadley Green Road, was engulfed in flames in the early hours of Bank Holiday Monday.<\/p>\n
The London Fire Brigade released pictures showing the extent of the blaze at the property, which had been undergoing extensive renovations at the time of the incident.<\/p>\n
Ten fire engines were deployed to tackle the fire at the mansion, which is situated in one of Barnet’s most affluent streets.<\/p>\n

The entire roof, as well as the first and ground floors of the detached house were alight, according to the London Fire Brigade.<\/p>\n
The structure subsequently suffered a partial collapse as the fire tore through the building.<\/p>\n
Despite the severity of the blaze, there were no reports of any injuries.<\/p>\n
One of the Brigade’s 32-metre turntable ladders was used at the scene as a water tower to tackle the fire from above.<\/p>\n
