That\u2019s right, folks. Secret London<\/strong> has teamed up with yet another lovely local business, ready to well and truly level up lunchtime in London<\/a>. For one month only, you\u2019ll be able to get your hands on an extra special Secret London sarnie<\/strong>, courtesy of the sandwich aficiona-doughs over at My Favourite Sandwich<\/strong>. And we are so (b)ready for it.<\/p>\n

My Favourite Sandwich <\/p>\n

My Favourite Sandwich is a relatively new sandwich shop<\/a> on the block. But since swinging open their rather gorgeous pink doors back in March; they\u2019ve been putting soggy supermarket offerings to shame<\/strong>, one jam-packed sandwich at a time.<\/p>\n

Adding fun and fresh takes on firm familiar favourites, My Favourite Sandwich<\/strong> has quickly made a name for itself on London\u2019s sandwich scene. They use top-tier ingredients and inventive flavour combos to ensure that each and every sarnie that they serve up is utterly dough-licious. And the limited-edition \u2018Secret Sandwich\u2019<\/strong> is set to be the best one yet (in our humble opinion, that is).<\/p>\n

What\u2019s in the limited-edition Secret London sandwich? <\/p>\n

The star of the simply scrumptious Secret Sandwich is slow-braised birria beef<\/strong> that\u2019s been marinated for 48 hours and cooked for 24 hours. On top of that you\u2019ll find thinly-sliced pickled red onion, red chilli for a little kick, freshly-picked coriander, and some crushed salty tortilla chips to level up the flavours<\/strong> and add the most satisfying crunch.<\/p>\n

The sandwich will be served with a drool-inducing birria dipping sauce<\/strong>, made with the reduced cooking liquid from the beef, with a few extra spices thrown in for good measure. Try and tell me that doesn\u2019t sound like the most incredible sandwich<\/strong> you\u2019ll ever taste\u2026<\/p>\n

Where can you find the Secret London sandwich? <\/p>\n

My Favourite Sandwich<\/strong> can be found over in Shoreditch<\/a> at 141 Commercial Street, E1 6BJ. The closest stations are Liverpool Street<\/a> and Shoreditch High Street and they\u2019re open Tuesdays-Saturdays from 11am-4pm. The \u2018Secret Sandwich\u2019 is only available at My Favourite Sandwich between June 2 and June 30<\/strong>, so you\u2019ll need to be speedy. In fact, we\u2019d suggest you making your way over there to try it faster than you can say \u2018sandwich\u2019.<\/p>\n
