These followed the generalised anxiety disorder diagnosis he had received in 2016.<\/p>\n<p class=\"indo-ebe0ecc6_root indo-ebe0ecc6_paragraph indo-300db776_none indo-91174671_primary indo-1d70522a_marginbottom0 indo-1d70522a_margintop0 indo-b48c4984_inherit\" style=\"color:var(--color-primary-80)\">\u201cI\u2019ve been able to piece things together in the last few years and connect so many situations, emotions, and thoughts I had about myself to having a massive issue with my self-worth,\u201d Keith, who turns 45 in October, explains of the work he has done over the past five years. \u201cI hated myself in every way.
