These systems include:<\/p>\n<p>PASSE+<\/p>\n<p>This new Portuguese border control system is set to replace the existing framework and has been designed to be fully compatible with upcoming EU-wide systems, including the Entry\/Exit System (EES). It supports automated monitoring and data integration across Schengen borders.<\/p>\n<p>VIS4<\/p>\n<p>Part of the EU\u2019s Visa Information System (VIS), VIS4 manages short-stay visa data for travellers entering the Schengen Area.
