<\/p>\nPrince Harry and Meghan Markle are set to receive a “shield” of protection from the British media with their latest brand move, it has been claimed.<\/p>\n
The Sussexes, who stepped down as senior royals in 2020, have dramatically revamped their staff structure to echo the hierarchical system that has underpinned the Royal Family for decades.<\/p>\n
Harry and Meghan will each have their own chief of staff as part of the restructure, shifting from a previous reliance on informal advisers and suggesting the couple’s continued professional separation.<\/p>\n
The reported move has emerged ahead of the Duke launching his own as-yet-undisclosed commercial venture in the coming months.<\/p>\n
Charlotte Griffiths uncovered the latest brand move from Harry and Meghan as they plan to create a ‘faux royal household’<\/p>\n

Discussing the restructure, Editor at Large of the Mail on Sunday, Charlotte Griffiths, who uncovered the plans, told GB News that the new structure provides a “shield of protection” around the couple.<\/p>\n
Griffiths revealed: “So apparently Harry has looked at the latest polls that put him down at 27 per cent, and he’s upset by it. A source really close to him told me that he’s realised there’s nowhere to go but up. <\/p>\n
“So what he’s done is he’s decided what hasn’t been working. And that’s the US, Hollywood PR agents. Just anything Hollywood and American basically hasn’t worked for him.”<\/p>\n
Detailing the new “Montecito household”, Griffiths added: “What did work for him? When was he popular? When he was part of the royal household.<\/p>\n
LATEST DEVELOPMENTS:<\/strong><\/p>\n “So what he’s done is he set up around himself the exact thing that he’s been railing against all these years, which is a really concrete, firm structure of a hierarchical, top-down kind of PR voices on his behalf and chiefs of staff. <\/p>\n “And it’s basically a royal house. This is like a faux royal household.”<\/p>\n As part of the new ‘faux household’, Griffiths claimed that Prince Harry has been “protected” from reading British media.<\/p>\n She revealed: “With this new structure, they actually protect him from reading the British tabloids, so they basically read on his behalf the British tabloids.<\/p>\n Griffiths told GB News that the new household will form a ‘shield’ around the couple<\/p>\n GB News<\/p>\n “Meghan does not at all read the British tabloids, she does not engage in British media whatsoever. And she’s shielded from that by this new household. And the point of the new household is this kind of shield around them that protects them.”<\/p>\n Noting the decision for the couple to have “separate” chiefs of staff, Griffiths highlighted the “major development” in the couple’s professional branding, and claimed Harry “wears the trousers” behind the scenes.<\/p>\n Griffiths concluded: “Meghan has been given her own chief of staff, and Harry’s got his own separate chief of staff. And this is quite a big development for them to have separate people running their lives. <\/p>\n “I was told Harry wears the trousers. I mean, the body language does say otherwise, but their message is that Harry is running things behind the scenes. <\/p>\n “And he’s got this new commercial social enterprise venture, and actually all this selling jam has been her time, and he’s been standing back to let her shine.
