Police have arrested a teenage boy on suspicion of attempted murder<\/a> following reports of a stabbing near the Cribbs Causeway shopping centre.<\/p>\n Witnesses took to social media to claim that a “very large police presence<\/a>” was in the area of the Vue cinema at Cribbs Causeway “by the drive thrus”.<\/p>\n The police said emergency services were called to an underpass which runs between The Mall and The Venue shortly before 6pm this evening. One teenage boy was taken to hospital for emergency treatment and police said they had recovered a weapon from the scene.<\/p>\n Police confirmed that one boy was arrested on suspicion of possession of a bladed article and attempted murder.
