The gripping new trailer reveals a disguised June trading her iconic handmaid red for Martha’s attire as she reflects on the evolution of their garb: from subservience to symbolizing rage and heralding revenge. The fleeting cuts tantalize viewers with displays of unrest; handmaids advancing into conflict, an Aunt in combat, Luke (played by O-T Fagbenle) brandishing a firearm, and notably, the harrowing sight of a handmaid being led to a gallows.<\/p>\n

Fans took to social media, probing the fate of the protagonist, with one querying, “Is it June getting executed?” Speculations ran wild on Reddit<\/a>, where a user dissected the trailer: “There’s a part in the trailer where June is definitely back in Gilead as a handmaid and she looks like she is on stage about to be hung in front of a crowd(I think people of NB).
