Yet, due to social stigma and lack of awareness, men are often not evaluated thoroughly. \u201cIt\u2019s time to change the narrative,\u201d says Dr. Pai. \u201cMen need to be included \u2014 and educated \u2014 at every stage of the fertility journey.\u201d<\/p>\n<p>Dr. Pai also advocates for preventive fertility strategies for men, especially those delaying fatherhood due to career or lifestyle choices. This includes lifestyle adjustments, antioxidant support, and elective sperm cryopreservation\u00a0in the 30s or early 40s. \u201cSperm freezing is not just for cancer patients anymore.
