Two people, including one child, are understood to be in hospital with serious injuries following the horrifying incident.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">A 53-year-old white British man has been arrested in connection with the incident and remains in police custody. What should have been a joyful celebration ended with tragedy.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">\u201cOur thoughts are with those who were injured and to the first responders and emergency services on the ground.
