The box office benefited from a three-day holiday weekend, which also marked the beginning of the May half-term school holiday. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tWarner Bros.\u2019 \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/variety.com\/t\/final-destination-bloodlines\/\" id=\"auto-tag_final-destination-bloodlines\" data-tag=\"final-destination-bloodlines\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Final Destination Bloodlines<\/a>\u201d slipped to third but still held well with $2.2 million in its second weekend. The horror reboot has now reached $9.3 million. Universal\u2019s \u201cThe Phoenician Scheme\u201d debuted in fourth with $1 million. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\t\u201cThunderbolts*\u201d landed in fifth for Disney, taking $781,138 to push its cumulative total to $20.1 million. It was followed closely by Warner Bros.\u2019 \u201cSinners\u201d, which grossed $461,938 this weekend, for a $20.5 million total.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAltitude\u2019s \u201cOcean With David Attenborough\u201d earned $127,689 in seventh, while Vue Lumi\u00e8re\u2019s \u201cBluey At The Cinema: Let\u2019s Play Chef Collection\u201d continued its strong run with $63,630 in eighth, reaching a four-week total of $696,997.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tRounding out the chart is Indian Malayalam-language film \u201cNarivetta\u201d, released by Berkshire Dreamhouse, which opened in 10th with $58,826.<\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tA broad mix of titles arrives in U.K. and Ireland cinemas this week. Opening wide on Friday May 30 is Black Bear\u2019s \u201cThe Salt Path.\u201d Adapted from Raynor Winn\u2019s bestselling memoir and directed by Marianne Elliott, the drama stars Gillian Anderson and Jason Isaacs as a couple who embark on a 630-mile journey along the southwest coast after a devastating medical diagnosis. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tSony Pictures opens \u201cKarate Kid: Legends\u201d, the franchise\u2019s new-generation revival that reunites Jackie Chan and Ralph Macchio while introducing Ben Wang in a lead role. Directed by Jonathan Entwistle, the action drama also stars Joshua Jackson, Sadie Stanley, and Ming-Na Wen, and opens across more than 300 cinemas in the U.K. and Ireland. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tAlso opening wide is Altitude\u2019s supernatural horror \u201cThe Ritual,\u201d directed by David Midell and starring Dan Stevens, Al Pacino, Ashley Greene, and Patricia Heaton. Other new entries include Universal\u2019s quirky comedy \u201cThe Ballad of Wallis Island\u201d and Curzon\u2019s Cannes title \u201cAlong Came Love.\u201d New Wave unveils \u201cBogancloch,\u201d a meditation on solitude and landscape from filmmaker Ben Rivers. <\/p>\n<p class=\"paragraph larva \/\/ lrv-u-margin-lr-auto  lrv-a-font-body-m   \">\n\tFor families, Trafalgar Releasing brings \u201cPeppa Meets The Baby Cinema Experience\u201d to screens, offering toddler-friendly programming during the school break.
