Bundobust and Yum Cha were among 10 winners from North England and the Midlands.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Bundobust on Bold Street won the award for Best Indian and Nepalese in the region. The restaurant also has locations in Manchester and Leeds.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Lark Lane&#8217;s Yum Cha, which also has a location in Manchester, won Best Chinese. It was also nominated for Regional Restaurant of the Year.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Bundobust is known for its vegetarian and vegan street food. <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/whats-on\/food-drink-news\/bold-street-restaurant-named-among-23240880\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">In 2022, it was included<\/a> in the prestigious <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.theguardian.com\/food\/ng-interactive\/2022\/feb\/20\/50-things-we-love-in-the-world-of-food-right-now\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Observer Food Monthly list<\/a> which is released annually, coming in at number 20.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/liverpool-restaurants\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Yum Cha<\/a> is part of the new generation of Chinese restaurants that takes the traditional and puts a modern twist on it. The National Independent Restaurant of the Year is CRUNCH in Old Spitalfields Market, London.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Multiple Merseyside venues were nominated for the Deliveroo Restaurant Awards. The restaurant is also popular with footballers, and <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/jamie-carragher\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Jamie Carragher<\/a> has previously been spotted at the <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/crosby\" target=\"_blank\" aria-label=\"CrosbyLink opens in a new tab.\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Crosby<\/a> venue.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Before heading to Liverpool, <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/liverpool-restaurants\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Ezra and Gil <\/a>was known across Manchester&#8217;s Northern Quarter as one of the &#8220;busiest&#8221; brunch and coffee shops around. The company launched its first local site last year, occupying the unit previously used by <a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/liverpool-restaurants\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Bouchon.<\/a><\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \"><a class=\"TextLink_text-link__dBSS0 TextLink_enabled__dJF3l\" href=\"https:\/\/www.liverpoolecho.co.uk\/all-about\/liverpool-restaurants\" target=\"_self\" aria-label=\"\" tabindex=\"0\" rel=\"noopener\">Zumuku Sushi <\/a>brings authentic Japanese cuisine to Lark Lane. The restaurant was founded in Wilmslow with the menu comprising of a range of sushi platters and hot foods.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Deliveroo recruited Tilly Ramsay &#8211; Celebrity MasterChef finalist and daughter of Gordon Ramsay \u2013 to the judging panel alongside Deliveroo founder Will Shu and food critic Jimi Famurewa.<\/p>\n<p class=\"Paragraph_paragraph-text__PVKlh \">Will Shu said the awards are all about spotlighting the restaurants that keep our towns and cities buzzing.
