When the couple left the royal family in 2020, late Queen Elizabeth let them keep their Sussex titles, but banned them for using the name \u201cSussex Royal\u201d for their projects outside the royal family.<\/p>\n

After setting up camp in Montecito, California, the Sussexes have pushed out a slew of lucrative ventures \u2014 including Netflix shows, books, podcasts, tell-all interviews and commercial businesses.<\/p>\n
\u201cI believe all the notes I am playing are part of the same song,\u201d Markle said of her portfolio.<\/p>\n
Still, the former actress has her sights set on future potential money-making ventures, which could include her foray into the fashion world.<\/p>\n
\u201cThe category of fashion is something I will explore at a later date, because I do think that\u2019s an interesting space for me,\u201d she told the outlet.<\/p>\n

Elsewhere in the interview, the former working royal opened up about juggling business with motherhood, revealing a sweet \u201cmom moment\u201d that had recently happened in the middle of the night.<\/p>\n

Markle said that after her eldest child, 6-year-old son Archie, lost his first tooth, she rushed home to be the one to leave money under his pillow.<\/p>\n
As 2 a.m., Archie stumbled into his mom\u2019s bedroom to excitedly reveal what had happened.<\/p>\n
\u201cIf I had to write a r\u00e9sum\u00e9, I don\u2019t know what I would call myself,\u201d Markle said. Getty Images<\/p>\n
\u201cI had a lot of business meetings the next morning, but I still chose to cuddle with him the rest of the night,\u201d she said. \u201cThose mom moments energize me to be a better founder, a better employer, a better boss.\u201d<\/p>\n
Despite her various professional involvements, Markle previously told People<\/a> that she doesn\u2019t consider herself to be a social media star or an \u201cinfluencer.\u201d<\/p>\n\u201cI see myself as an entrepreneur and a female founder, and if the brand ends up influential, then that\u2019s great,\u201d she said in March.<\/p>\n
