There was traffic chaos on the M6 on Wednesday evening (May 28) as motorists became stuck in miles of congestion following a multi-vehicle crash.<\/p>\n
Police and National Highways teams attended the incident at the Thelwall Viaduct on the M6 southbound between J21A for Croft Interchange and J21 for Manchester Road.<\/p>\n
There were delays of over half an hour and five miles of congestion following the crash, which later resulted in all traffic being temporarily held in a closure.<\/p>\n
