South Wales Police said that, from the information available to them, these investigators concluded that the officers had “no case to answer in respect of misconduct.”<\/p>\n
As a result, the criminal and misconduct investigations against the officers have now been concluded and both of the officers will not be facing any further action.<\/p>\n

A statement from South Wales Police read: \u201cA complaint against two serving South Wales Police officers was initially referred to the Independent Office for Police Conduct.<\/p>\n
\u201cThis was returned to the force for local investigation.<\/p>\n
\u201cTo ensure the matter received independent attention, the allegations were investigated by an outside force and that investigation was concluded in April, 2025.<\/p>\n
\u201cThose independent investigators concluded that there was insufficient evidence to support the allegations and based on the information available to them, determined that the officers had no case to answer in respect of misconduct.<\/p>\n
