See it first on NME below.<\/p>\n<p>The UK art-pop trio will be <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/london-grammar-lido-festival-2025-celeste-roisin-murphy-and-more-3832482\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">playing their biggest UK gig to date with a London festival exclusive, headlining LIDO Festival<\/a> on Sunday June 15. They\u2019ll be joined by the likes of <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/celeste\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Celeste<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/roisin-murphy\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Ro\u00eds\u00edn Murphy,<\/a>\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/the-blessed-madonna\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">The Blessed Madonna<\/a>, Pip Millett, Wasia Project, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/artists\/maverick-sabre\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Maverick Sabre<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/features\/music-interviews\/neil-frances-interview-3572122\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Neil Frances,<\/a> and many more.<\/p>\n<p>To get in the spirit, the band headed down to the East London park to record the cut from their early EP, \u2018Metal &amp; Dust\u2019, harking back to a classic TV performance from over a decade ago.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cBack in 2013 we sang \u2018Darling Are You Gonna Leave Me\u2019 live at <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/glastonbury-2025\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Glastonbury,<\/a>\u201d the band told NME. \u201cThis song was also part of the deluxe edition to our debut album \u2018If You Wait\u2019. We never would have anticipated that the song would have reached as many people as it did, and we still receive messages daily on how his song means so much to you.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cNow\u00a012 years later we recreated this moment in Victoria Park, where we will be headlining Lido festival on June 15.\u201d<\/p>\n<\/p>\n<p>LIDO will also see headline performances from <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/charli-xcx-to-headline-and-curate-own-party-girl-festival-at-londons-lido-2025-buy-tickets-3815487\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Charli XCX<\/a>, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/jamie-xx-to-curate-own-day-at-londons-new-lido-festival-with-romy-arca-sampha-and-more-3807487\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Jamie xx<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/massive-attack-to-headline-londons-lido-festival-2025-buy-tickets-3838889\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Massive Attack<\/a>, as well as an <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/news\/music\/turnstile-2025-exclusive-uk-show-lido-london-outbreak-festival-buy-tickets-3816464\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Outbreak Festival takeover topped by Turnstile<\/a>. <a href=\"https:\/\/ticketmaster-uk.tm7559.net\/c\/2862475\/431519\/7559?sharedid=NME&amp;u=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.ticketmaster.co.uk%2Flido-festival-tickets%2Fartist%2F5491324\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Visit here for tickets<\/a> and more information.<\/p>\n<p>London Grammar are currently wrapping up touring for their <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/features\/music-interviews\/london-grammar-interview-the-greatest-love-3808554\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">acclaimed fourth album, \u2018The Greatest Love<\/a>\u2018.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.nme.com\/features\/music-interviews\/london-grammar-interview-the-greatest-love-3808554\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Speaking to NME about their future from here<\/a>, singer Hannah Reid expressed the desire to enforce more boundaries and focus more on music above the other aspects of being in a band.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cI would love for us to disappear entirely behind the music, and to still make what we consider is great music, and I hope that our fans will still be there,\u201d she said. \u201cI literally have tried so many times to be in music videos, to look good, and I just don\u2019t think it works. So I\u2019m over it now. Done.
