{"id":144680,"date":"2025-05-30T17:38:08","date_gmt":"2025-05-30T17:38:08","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/144680\/"},"modified":"2025-05-30T17:38:08","modified_gmt":"2025-05-30T17:38:08","slug":"christian-horner-swerves-denial-in-response-to-ferrari-f1-switch-rumours","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/www.europesays.com\/uk\/144680\/","title":{"rendered":"Christian Horner swerves denial in response to Ferrari F1 switch rumours"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Christian Horner has reaffirmed his \u201c100 percent\u201d commitment to the Red Bull <a href=\"https:\/\/www.crash.net\/f1\/news\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">F1<\/a> team amid rumours that Ferrari contacted him about potentially becoming their team principal.<\/p>\n<p>German publication Bild claimed earlier this week that Ferrari had approached Horner in an attempt to poach the long-time Red Bull team principal to become their next F1 boss following the team\u2019s lacklustre start to the 2025 season.<\/p>\n<p>Horner reportedly turned Ferrari down and remains fully dedicated to his current position at Red Bull.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/crash.net\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Crash.net<\/a> asked Horner if the rumours were true and if becoming Ferrari boss would be something he would consider during Friday\u2019s press conference at the Spanish Grand Prix.<\/p>\n<p>Curiously, Horner did not take the opportunity to deny the report but insisted he has no intention to leave Red Bull.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cOf course it\u2019s always flattering to be associated with other teams but my commitment 100 percent is with Red Bull,\u201d Horner replied in response.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cIt always has been and certainly will be for the long-term. There\u2019s a bunch of speculation always in this business. People coming here, going there or whatever.
