Hsu said.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;Consumers have spiraled from anxious to petrified,&#8217; Samuel Tombs, chief U.S. economist at Pantheon Macroeconomics, said of the findings.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">The results come as markets endure another turbulent day of trading as President Donald Trump&#8217;s tariffs <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" target=\"_self\" class=\"class\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/yourmoney\/article-14588429\/apocalyptic-warning-economic-meltdown-forced-trump-hand-tariffs.html\" rel=\"noopener\">continue to rock the global economy<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">Billionaire Larry Fink admitted he thought the US economy has already weakened, <a style=\"font-weight: bold;\" target=\"_self\" class=\"class\" href=\"https:\/\/www.dailymail.co.uk\/yourmoney\/article-14599509\/billionaire-ceo-breaks-cover-US-recession.html\" rel=\"noopener\">and may already be in decline<\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p class=\"mol-para-with-font\">&#8216;I think we&#8217;re very close, if not in, a recession now,&#8217;
