After a few weeks of glorious sunshine and balmy temperatures the last few days have been a hard bump back to rainy Mancunian reality.<\/p>\n
The UK has enjoyed the sunniest spring on record in 2025, according to the Met Office, with warm and bright weather<\/a> dominating the skies.<\/p>\n But Mancs haven’t been able to put away their umbrellas and raincoats just yet as over the last week we have seen a return to cloudy and mild conditions, with some rain.<\/p>\n This weekend we can expect climbing temperatures and some sunshine, according to the Met Office. However, we sadly won’t be seeing a return to the sizzling conditions of a few weeks ago, with cloud and rain also forecast.<\/p>\n Join the Manchester Evening News WhatsApp group HERE<\/a><\/strong><\/p>\n Saturday is set to be the sunnier and warmest of the two days, with sunshine expected to peek through the clouds throughout the afternoon. However, forecasters say we can expect some light showers in the early afternoon, with scattered clouds set to last most of the day. Highs of 22C.<\/p>\n Cloud and patchy rain will clear southeastwards this evening, leaving a mainly dry and mild night with clear spells, according to the Met Office.<\/p>\n Sunday will be a breezy and fresher feeling day with a mix of sunshine and scattered showers.
