An appeal in the first case <a href=\"https:\/\/www.politico.com\/news\/2025\/05\/29\/federal-judge-temporarily-reinstates-trumps-tariffs-on-dozens-of-countries-00375001\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">reinstated the tariffs<\/a> \u2014 at least while the legal process drags on.
