Currently for sale on Rightmove is a spacious one bedroom apartment within walking distance to a range of shops and amenities of Stoke Bishop. The ground floor apartment on Tunstall Close is just 0.7 miles from Sea Mill Station which can take you into the hub of Bristol<\/a> in just over 20 minutes.<\/p>\n

Also currently on the market in Stoke Bishop is a\u00a0charming grade II listed duplex apartment. <\/a>Located in a tranquil part of Stoke Bishop of the highly sought after area of Sneyd Park this one bedroom apartment is on the market for \u00a3220k.\u00a0Arranged over two floors, Sneyd Park boasts wide tree lined avenues and rare traffic, it is just a short drive from Clifton and Bristol City Centre.<\/p>\n

Even though it\u2019s a pretty quiet area, there\u2019s a strong sense of community, and it\u2019s well-connected to the city centre, making it an ideal location for people looking for that suburban feel without compromising on accessibility.”<\/p>\n

Known for its stunning Georgian houses and excellent schools, research by\u00a0Orton Financial<\/a>\u00a0using Land Registry data covering January 2020 to December 2024, also found which streets offer homes for well under the area\u2019s average price.\u00a0<\/p>\n

The most affordable postcode in the area is BS9 1LZ, the data shows, where properties have sold for an average of \u00a3440,000 across three recorded sales.<\/p>\n
