Alejandro Garnacho <\/a>has made his feelings clear following Manchester United’s post-season tour in South East Asia<\/a>. Ruben Amorim’s side jetted off for two matches in Malaysia and Hong Kong after their final Premier League<\/a> game against Aston Villa on Sunday.<\/p>\n

First, United made the trip to Kuala Lumpar and suffered a shock 1-0 defeat against ASEAN All-Stars on Wednesday. Maung Maung Lwin scored the winner in the 71st minute at the Bukit Jalil National Stadium and the Reds were booed off after producing a dismal performance.<\/p>\n

They then made the short journey across to face Hong Kong on Friday. Looking to end the tour on a positive note, the Reds ran out 3-1 winners against a nation ranked 154th in the world.<\/p>\n

Trailing 1-0 at half-time, United produced a second-half comeback and turned the game on its head, with Chido Obi bagging a brace, while Ayden Heaven headed home to score his first goal since his January move.<\/p>\n

United have since travelled back to the United Kingdom and Garnacho appears to be delighted that the Reds have ended their post-season tour, making his emotions clear for everyone to see.<\/p>\n

In an Instagram story on Saturday evening, the Argentine, who has been the subject of increased transfer speculation, posted a picture of him on an airplane with the caption: “Finally,” alongside a loudly crying face emoji, a folded hands emoji and a desert island emoji.<\/p>\n

As Garnacho hasn’t been included in the Argentina squad for World Cup qualifiers against Chile and Colombia at the start of next month, he is expected to go on holiday and enjoy his summer off.<\/p>\n

But while he tries to take a break and spend some time with his family before the start of next season, rumours over his long-term future continue to do the rounds.<\/p>\n

Amorim reportedly told Garnacho that he is free to leave after the Argentine criticised the United head coach’s decision to put him on the bench for the Europa League<\/a> final defeat to Tottenham.<\/p>\n

Garnacho was dropped from the United squad to face Villa but was included in the travelling squad for their post-season tour in South East Asia. The 20-year-old played the second half against ASEAN All-Stars before he was named in the starting XI for the win over Hong Kong.<\/p>\n

Ahead of United’s game against Hong Kong, Amorim was asked about Garnacho’s future <\/a>and the decision for him to travel with the team on the tour. “It’s not a surprise,” Amorim said of Garnacho’s presence in Asia.<\/p>\n

“He\u2019s a player of Manchester United<\/a>, all the players are here. Some players are injured and it was better not to fly here to play these two games so it\u2019s a normal situation. It\u2019s okay.”<\/p>\n
