The full entry in the royal diary says: &#8220;President, Three Choirs Festival, and the Duchess of Gloucester, will attend a performance at Hereford Cathedral, 5 College Cloisters, Cathedral Close, Hereford.&#8221;\n<\/p>\n<p>\n  The Duke of Gloucester is the late Queen Elizabeth II&#8217;s cousin and a full-time member of the Royal Family.
