She begins by dispelling common misconceptions: “Most people think Spain is all about sunshine, siestas, and sangria.”<\/p>\n

Carly confesses that the reality involved unexpected lifestyle adjustments.<\/p>\n

She elaborates on the profound cultural differences she encountered: “I didn’t expect the deep shift in how people live. Everything here is more social.”<\/p>\n

Carly describes the vibrant community atmosphere: “You’ll find kids playing in the square until midnight, people chatting in cafes for hours, neighbours saying good morning and meaning it.”<\/p>\n

She emphasises the genuine sense of connection that defines Spanish interactions: “It’s not just about being polite, it’s about connection. That connection, that human warmth that permeates every gesture and encounter, is for her one of Spain’s hidden gems.”<\/p>\n

Carly also touches on the laid-back approach to life in Spain: “Then there’s flexibility. Yes, there are rules, but there’s a kind of relaxed logic to things,” she observes.<\/p>\n

She notes the Spanish attitude towards life and culture is far more relaxed. Carly adds: “Don’t stress, life will sort itself.<\/p>\n

“It’s not about being lazy; it’s not about letting stress rule your life, and it’s contagious.<\/p>\n

“So no, Spanish culture isn’t just tapas and late dinners; it’s about people first,” dubbing this the ultimate hidden gem of Spain.<\/p>\n
